Additional work on gas or electrical lines: If we need to add or modify a gas/electrical line to accommodate your new tankless unit, the overall cost will be greater.

Once you choose a water heater, we'll start the installation process--as early as that same day. We’ll work carefully throughout the process, taking the proper precautions to protect your home during the installation.
After installing your tankless water heater, we'll make sure you have an opportunity to speak with us about how the job went.
If your tankless water heater does not meet your comfort expectations for up to two years after installation, we will do everything in our power to make it right, even if that means removing the equipment and refunding you 100% of the purchase price.
If we have maintained your tankless water heater every year and a component fails as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within 10 years of installation, we'll repair or replace all comfort system components. Available upon request.
